At Choco-Story Paris, a French- or English-speaking chocolatier guides you through a 45-minute session of dipping, molding, and decorating chocolate. You choose shapes and toppings, take home 250 to 300 g of sweets and an apron, then explore three museum floors with tastings and a virtual demonstration.

At Le Foodist in the Latin Quarter, you’ll spend three hours making choux pastry, Chantilly cream, chocolate éclairs, and cream puffs with an English-speaking pastry chef. Classes are capped at eight, with coffee, recipes, and five to six pastries to take home.
