“We had a fantastic kayaking tour a few weeks ago with Cocoa Kayaking. From start to finish the experience was excellent. We saw plenty of animals including manatees, dolphins and a stingray! Lovely day and would highly recommend it to everyone of all ages.”

2.Thousand Islands Bioluminescent Kayak Tour with Cocoa Kayaking!

★★★★★★★★★★5.0 · 157 reviews · 2 hours (approx.) · from $150

You’ll paddle for about two hours through Cocoa Beach’s Thousand Islands with a guide such as Jeff, Ian, JD, or Michael. Expect dark water, glowing plankton, possible comb jellies, mosquitoes, and a small group of no more than 10. Book from July through mid-October, near a new moon for the strongest glow.

“The bioluminescent lights was very misleading. We hardly saw anything. Our tour guide Erin was very knowledgeable when you could her. We asked several times for her to speak up and she did not. She did come across as rude and felt like we were a bother to her. The overall experience was very disappointing and would not do again.”
