At Menchaca Chocolates on State Street, you choose dark, oat milk, or white vegan chocolate, add toppings, and decorate wooden packaging with art supplies. Owners LeAnne and her husband guide the 90-minute workshop, which includes samples, cacao husk tea, and about 10 ounces of chocolate to take home.
