Inspite of that, the trip was scheduled, the driver arrived half an hour late leaving our family of small kids waiting at a busstop getting drenched in the rain. Very unprofessional driver too. Eventually we did not see the lights. However, the disappointement is not that, but the fact they continue the trip in bad weather conditions trying to fool people…”
